Faţă de alte filosofii care circulă pe piaţă (suntem toţi “unici”, “egali” etc.), filosofia “suntem toţi diferiţi” e interesantă şi utilă pentru cel puţin trei motive.
İn primul rând, ne pune o întrebare: “prin ce sunt eu de fapt diferit”? E o întrebare de branding personal, dar care nu are deloc legătură cu întrebarea “ce produse la modă mai consumăm ca nişte maimuţe cuminţi?”. De fapt e un exerciţiu de bilanţ care apare la mulţi filosofi: să găseşti ceea ce face ca viaţa ta să fie Diferită (faţă de alţii sau faţă de ce faci de obicei) e un exerciţiu greu de făcut.
İn al doilea rând, faptul că suntem toţi diferiţi e mult mai concret decât faptul că avem “ceva unic”. Ne pune o problemă de film poliţist: trebuie să găsim ceva ascuns în fiecare om, mereu altceva de la un om la altul.
Dar, mai ales, deşi “a fi diferit” pare o filosofie egoistă (sunt diferit adică ajung la birou când am chef şi parchez unde am chef), are un efect foarte bun pentru ceea ce pare a fi răul de la rădăcină care apare într-un grup de oameni care petrec mai mult timp împreună: invidia. Dacă accepţi într-adevăr diferenţa, te imunizezi faţă de invidie.
suntem diferiti, intr-adevar...dar ne bucuram atta de mult cand ne regasim (desigur partial) in altii pe care-i intalnim intamplator...ceea ce avem comun ne determina sa creeam destinul nostru (al speciei numita "om", iar ceea ce avem diferit la nivel individual ne face sa supravietuin noua insine in acest proiect de creatie...
